All services are offered in good faith, based on professional expertise, experience, and a desire to serve. However, results may vary depending on individual effort, participation, and context.
Payment and Refund Policy

Payment is due in full before the delivery of coaching sessions, group programs, or speaking engagements unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun, except in cases of medical or family emergencies, at our discretion.

If you need to reschedule a session, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed appointments without notice may be forfeited.
No Guarantees
While our coaching and programs are designed to promote growth, clarity, and leadership development, we cannot guarantee specific results. Your success depends on your own commitment, effort, and circumstances.
Intellectual Property
All content, including the website, materials, coaching frameworks, and visuals, are the intellectual property of ElucidLeadership and may not be copied, shared, or repurposed without written consent.
