When I ventured out and started ElucidLeadership, I knew every aspect of the company mattered.

The color palette.

The fonts.

The mission.

The vision.

And, of course, the logo.

I called upon the creative genius of one of my dear friends to create the logo. I gave her little direction, trusting that when I cast the vision for what ElucidLeadership would do, her inspiration would take over.

I trusted that when she put her hands to the work, the output would be greater than anything I could have imagined.

And I was right.

A hand holds a lit lantern.

As you begin your leadership journey, you may feel like you're not equipped enough to hold the lantern at first. Maybe it's your first time leading, or you've been leading for years, either way, you just don't feel like you're leading at the capacity you feel you can. So while you go on this journey, I'll hold the lamp for you. I'll shine light on your gifts and help you sit in the sometimes uncomfortable so you can emerge confident that who you are and what you're doing matters. In fact, it matters a great deal.

Then there will be a part of the journey when the holding of the lantern transfers from me to you. You'll feel more confident. Stronger. Empowered. Your hands will be able to grasp the light and walk out the next season of your journey.

And then guess what?

It will be your job to find someone and help them see something in themselves they may not see.

And you'll get to pass the lantern.
